The WCC will be having large groups of people from all over Asia and the world congregating at crowded venues. I hope the organisers together with local authorities will have checks at entrances to these venues to minimize the chances of flu spread. By the way, of course South Korea also has had infections, though the number of local communal infections might be low as of now; I hope the organisers will have a relook at measures in place. The Organising Committee must be very busy at this stage of preparation for 1st WCC. With their extensive experience I am sure the event will be well-run. However I hope they take a few minutes to reassure parents from all over who will be sending their children to participate in the championships. Will there be any measures in place to minimize the spread of Flu? Obviously a lot depends on individual behaviour but it will help if organisers have certain measures in place.
